Information from the last Culver City Sept. 25th, SPECIFIC PLAN 2045 Meeting and a brief review of our Phase 2 original requests.

The General Plan 2045, the City is creating a Specific Plan for the Hayden Tract to guide its transition into a vibrant, mixed-use, transit-oriented neighborhood, while keeping the creative office feel that has led to the tract’s success.

RHNA Workshop #2
Please join us on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 6:00 PM for RHNA Workshop #2 to be reviewing concepts for potential traffic management options and invite you to provide comments and feedback concerning our 10-block only, neighborhood.
Workshop #2 will be held at Turning Points School (8780 National Boulevard) in the Theater (located in Building 2).
